Guardian approval applies before a 16- or 17-year-old begins an approved Academy activity.

Information for parents and guardians
Applicants aged 16 or 17 may make an initial enquiry, but they cannot begin Academy activity until participation is reviewed and a parent or guardian has approved it.
For programme questions, contact office@ceeaihub.com. Do not send identity documents, health information, or other sensitive records by ordinary email.
Important boundary
An application is not participation
Submitting an Academy form is the first step of an individual review. It does not admit the applicant, create membership, authorize attendance, or confirm that a cohort will run.
Before any applicant aged 16 or 17 participates, CEE AI Hub must contact the applicant and parent or guardian, explain the specific activity, and obtain the required approval. Formal membership and committee eligibility begin at 18.

Cohort supervision, emergency contacts, attendance, media permissions, safeguarding responsibilities, and incident routes require programme-specific approval before participation involving anyone under 18 begins.

Images and recordings
Photography, video, quotations, profiles, livestreams, and promotional publication require separate permission and are not a condition of the initial enquiry.
